The day before reset, who votes everyone brings all their diamonds (block form) We make a huge temple with them, and we explode them all and never look back. I would also enjoy a bonfire of spawntown...
I at least would love to have the secret santa tree shipped off to some far end of the map so that I (or someone else) can host Secret Santa's for years to come.

I think the tree should count as a community thing though, since that's the reason why I want it.

Personally, I'm against a full reset as I have spent a lot of time and effort into my island and still have a lot of work to do with it.. And I would love to keep Spawntown the same if we could, just cause its Spawntown and I love it.
Please do not full reset. Regeneration of unused chunks is totally good enough. Especially on this update, of all updates. Plus, saying that other people will get "rich" is not true. You get what you put into the game. If you wanted to be rich now, it's not hard.
My structures are nothing fancy but I do like them.

Not totally unused, only if they have certian manufactured blocks. So if you made a sand castle somewhere on the beach, it is gone.

it isn't something i want to be a common thing either, this map will have been around for nearly 15 or 16 months (i forget how long it was around before i joined nearly 13 months ago) and i don't think update any more frequent than that are a good idea.
But I do think that infrequent map reset are good for the life of servers, it brings activity up in general because activity dies down the further you get in the game. its why i got really inactive in february-march.
There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
