Yes. There is also clear scum motivation - after the events of the night I would have changed my vote to Konowa (and considering Konowa was also on my list and acting scummy as hell fitz must have realized this), but I was denied the chance to by fitz cutting the day short. I guess that makes Parama horrible, horrible town but that doesn't matter as long as he can vote fitz, who is scum.
Tierce's reasoning for a Konowa/Trevorfitz team is solid. Also Konowa's vote on Tierce is horrible on multiple levels:
a) His reasoning is bizarre - as far as I can tell he's voting Tierce for misreading him. I can't see the analysis of motivation he seems to expect from everyone else.
b) This comes after he insists that Leafsnail/fitz is his preferred team, but he doesn't explain what his new team idea is when he switches to Tierce. If one assumes that his new team is "Leafsnail/Tierce" like he said in previous posts then it's strange that he wouldn't try and explain why I would vote for Tierce over him.
c) He called Tierce scum while unvoting me, but didn't vote Tierce until later with no explanation as to why. He also said that Leaf/fitz was his favourite combination afterwards in spite of the fact that he was now voting neither
These three inconsistencies in thinking lead me to think that his vote on Tierce was motivated by self-preservation - he was concerned that I might switch to him before the end of the day.
Aeris is also pretty town so this doesn't seem like a hard decision but I'd at least like to hear Konowa's reasoning and reread a bit before voting.
