You're in a position to kill Drench Phase 1 if you have a high-enough Move 3.

Damage dealt is either shots or through another effect (mind control, etc).
Kills are only counted if they actively push the target into a pit / onto a conveyor / off the board that phase.
Assists are given if they either push someone who gets a kill that turn or push a robot into a position where they later die.

Suicides are anything that doesn't award a kill (your death on T5, for example). There's probably better terminology, I just couldn't think of it.
