In a shocking twist to the war on crime in Baltimore, drug kingpin Avon Barksdale was found dead yesterday. Reports say the man believed to be the leader of the Barksdale Organisation was turned on by his own crew in a case of mistaken identity. Although witnesses spotted rival drug dealer Omar Little within a few blocks of the crime scene that day, police would not comment when asked whether Little's appearance was connected to Avon's murder.

The lookout, known as "Sterling" within the Barksdale Organisation is believed to have been injured in a stick up within the past few months and this is how police spotted him. Or something.
