TLDR:FoS: SDT and all those people that keep lurking/not providing reasons to vote.
This is the crux of it I think. Not sure if it's getting through (it's always dangerous to assume) but I don't like that votes are being put on for little to know reason. The more people do it, the more it gets accepted and play scum to hide behind. It also hinders reads. How can anyone accept, counter or refute your reads?
I'm not liking SDT's play, his reasons or his WIFOM.-

So the vote itself, since there was and had been no reason, is shit, yes?
Do you always just make assumptions for people in your games? Do you find it effective scum-hunting to just ignore people when they do it? What people don't you ignore when you do it?
Spoiler:
Is this going to be a constant thing?

Right, having had a good read through finally I thought my vote was likely to change, the two posts above have lead me to believe it's actually in the right place, however I don't think a SDT wagon is going to take off, if it does I'll get back on it. For now I'm going to change to
VOTE: SafetyDance
Just a terrible OTT reaction to what was it, one vote at the time? Perhaps he would be more cautious if he were scum, not sure. But there was definitely no reason to get so uptight over it.
Rank opportunism to join an established wagon.
How do you know an SDT wagon wont take off? I'm happy to put my vote there.

]Tbch: safety makes a good point about hoopla. This voting without reason is rather ridiculous. Perhaps we can change that.
VOTE: HooplaThere is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

What motivation would a scum have for white knighting a townie? Let's see, towncred, towncred, towncred. Oh, and towncred. You white knight me with a weak ass case, I get lynched anyways, I flip town, you get points for being right about me being town. Whiskers puts it pretty well in #223. Questions?

Well that's just typical really isn't it? Take my vote away from SDT because despite me leaving it there since the start no wagon has formed and the next thing you know he has 2 votes. What was it Shakespeare said? He basically said something about how there are more things there then there are actual things that you can see with your eyes.......that's not the exact quote.-

Well I've had my vote on him since the beginning and nobody had jumped on, only now you see a chance to get another wagon rolling you're quite keen to do so.
As for the "opportunism" on joining a wagon, I think it's better my vote is somewhere it can make a difference rather than hiding away on someone it's not going to bother, like it was. Are you going to react like this every time someone votes for you btw? I was surprised you didn't vote for me in retaliation.
I think both SD and SDT are plenty scummy so not bothered which we lynch today. What was it Shakespeare said? He basically said something about how there are more things there then there are actual things that you can see with your eyes.......that's not the exact quote.-

This is the second time someone has referred to "the Whiskers case". I'd love to actually find out what that case explicitly is one of these days.-

i think my vote on safetydance was no longer needed. i don't have a town read on him, but i'm listening to the meta info brought up on him. jmo is a solid target right now.
as for my town read on you, i thought your post #85 appeared town-motivated, but i'm less sure of it now looking back.-
