How do his 2 posts up to this point come across as town?In post 135, Thor665 wrote:Timewarp is like a miniMe, I want to keep him.
He looks town in any case, so...
Can you list his contradictions? In post 140, Mr_Ree wrote:Cooldog's contradictions are a good place to start.
Please elaborate. Specifically...how am I potentially scum and how am I not the same alignment as CD. I have no idea who the scum are...CD may or may not be the same alignment as me...but your logic behind this comment would be appreciated. In post 137, MaraPim wrote:I'm willing to bet that either one of Cooldog or Fitz is scum but they aren't scum together.

He's underposting so it's hard to have a solid read, but I do say when he posts I usually find myself nodding, so I'd call it a town read currently. In post 197, MaraPim wrote:Thad, Thor, Ree thoughts on Dry-fit?
I also think the start of his push on you looks very much like town.
The reverse onto Mara considering the content of the previous post felt awkward and sudden. Also, the 'tell' on Mara look sexceptionally weak on top, so it's even more confusing to me that it changed his mind like he wishes me to believe it did.

Marapim being on VLA wasn't the reason I voted them.In post 185, Mr_Ree wrote:Odd that you people would vote a player who is going VLA and is therefore unable to defend themself for the next 3 or 4 days. Not classy.
What question are you referring to here?In post 197, MaraPim wrote: No-point, why are you avoiding answering questions posted to you as well?
Have you really never had strong town reads early game? Nor, seen anyone develop strong reads? I find that hard to believe as I have only been here for roughly 6 months, have had a strong town read on people before the game hit double digits, and have seen others do it as well...
Thad, Thor, Ree thoughts on Dry-fit?
I've had strong early town reads, on town and on scum, but those were not even as close as single digit page. The thing about early gut town read if you are town is that it's very much refutable .. and you continue to suffer from confirmation bias. Scums are more likely to create such acts early in the game
Ree:
Aside from the him using meta, Your point being he “misrepped” you, kept pushing on you on the meta-argument despite the fact that he “knows” it’s not a valid point, and “AtE”-ing
1> His misunderstanding your point by a small margin doesn’t make it a misrepresentation of your point. He could very well just say that you were feigning having to re-read your role PM to prove that you are town.
2> To cooldog, self-meta-ing is scummy so I can see him keep pushing on what he thinks is scummy.
3> AtE – Null? There wasn’t any intention behind that except the feeling of frustration.
Now can you present your case? Though I'm sure it won't be a very well though-out one since you are obviously stalling.Justice will prevail

Because there are more votes on Ree than on you at the moment.
Seems kind of obvious, really.
Why do you ask?-

I think he's attempting on a major level to overstate the work he's doing in thread.-

^Me too. Sigh.... me too....In post 206, Thor665 wrote:I want more sexceptional things in my life.
@Mara: dunno yet. He seems to be townish so far. I liked his page 1 post but I've been finding it hard to get a read on him recently. He needs to post more before I really make up my mind. I'd like a little bit more transparency in his thought process, hence my question.
@Fitz: please refer to my response to nopoint. I'd like to hear from him first. Why did you cross out your question to Thor?
Pe @ npiau: cool, you did see those. Do you have a strong town read on cooldog? I noticed the defense which would normally mean that you do. What gave you that read? Didn't you say something about confirmation bias?
@Thor...whut? You mean it wasn't a vote park? And what is this I don't even... overstating what?Knowledge is the key to understanding.-

Exactly that - I think you really, really want me to believe that you are a scumhunting amchine right now.In post 217, Mr_Ree wrote:@Thor...whut? You mean it wasn't a vote park? And what is this I don't even... overstating what?
However all i see is superficial reads, skimming, and not a lot of thought process.
Even this reply feels faked;
Buh-waaaaaaah! You think *I'M* not....you...not, scumhunting? SCUMHUNTING? Me? Not!?!
...whut? But...but...I don't even...I...I'm at a loss for words...need time...to process....my...oh my...
Seriously?-

I wouldn't call myself a machine but I am trying. I only have reads on like 5 players right now due to lack of posting. I have like 3 town reads, 1 scum read and nopoint leaning on the scummy side of null.
I was a little surprised by that. You make it sound like I should have everything wrapped up already.
Perhaps it's my frequent posting that makes you think that.Knowledge is the key to understanding.-

I will agree perhaps the frequent posting has an effect to the perception - but it doesn't change the core value call that your signal to noise ratio feels off especially considering the way you're acting about it.
The only thing keeping me from full bore wagoning you is that there are a number of people competing to look scummy.
I know it's bad because fitz, by a solid margin, looks like one of the more pro-town players currently - so I know the axis is skewed from reality.
Want to give me the CoolDog case in 3 sentences or less?-

Ah gotcha. I think I'm understanding you now. I will admit that I do come off as cocky from time to time. I like being right and when I think I am, I get a little cocky about it. It doesn't mean I have ALL the answers but even something small, like guessing npiau's age and that English probably isn't his first language, is enough to bring it out a little.
I do like my scumread on Cooldog though. If I really had to sum it up into three sentences,
I feel he's twisting people's words and trying to turn them into artificial scum tells and I'm still weary of the way Rob13 did the exact same thing as scum and how nobody else seemed to realize what he was doing. I think he used his own scumtell and that if it was something he truly believed in, he wouldn't have. Lastly, when I accused him of doing so, he put his tail between his legs and said nothing about it, seemingly in defense of his "defenses are scummy" or possibly because of what Mara said.
I'm getting a solid ping here which is super rare for me on day 1. At THIS point I feel pretty confident in it, of course, I'm still lacking reads on over half the playerbase.Knowledge is the key to understanding.-

Your response was legitimate but I still feel saying CoolDoG should stop posting was weird and agree with nopoint that your explanation looks made up.MaraPim wrote:Taking note that Dry-fit ignored my response
No. It's that Mara's suggestion doesn't make any sense from the perspective of someone trying to determine CooLDoG's alignment.MaraPim wrote:Were you implying that Mara was advising cooldog in a partner capacity?Andy Murray: Two time Wimbledon and one time US Open Champ! Former world number 1!
