The hammer itself isn't what was scummy. I wanted the hammer to happen sooner or later because I genuinely believed Zionite was scum. The way it happened, with all the unneeded justification, as well as the timing, felt off to me. To me it looked like (And yes, this is interpretation, I am not supposed to be in the mind of others, all I can do is try to read into their actions) he was trying too hard to justify the hammer so that he doesn't look bad for doing it. Scum will usually do that when they're about to hammer town exactly because the hammered will flip town and they will look bad.

Maybe you would have changed nothing in the result, but I generally prefer waiting for everyone to chime in before taking the final decision. Maybe someone will notice something the others didn't. You never know.

In regards to sword, all I'll tell you is that I've played with him before and I'd like to read him to be more sure about the slot. I am not in any way convinced that DBK is scum, I just did not like that hammer and it's one of the strongest leads I have right now.

My aggressiveness and my attempts to make the town follow me in my reads are null tells and have to do more with playstyle than alignment. I think you said you read some of my games, so maybe you can confirm that.

As for my pick and tell and whatever else has to do with my Zionite hunt; simply put, I was confident Zionite was scum. Maybe too confident.

Secondly the only help that would give scum is to have one of them bus their partner and clear themselves. It's dangerous.
This is really is not a likely scenario; you're just trying to find a way to force-interpret Rach's action as scummy - but it's clear it's a towntell.

The only way Rach would make this gambit as scum if she thought her partner roleblocked the actual watcher.

The way sword put it makes more sense, but I still don't see Rach taking this risk. Maybe I'm just underestimating her. I'll admit I don't townread her as much.

In regards to your plan, I am not sure if it's wise to do that. If we all agree to visit a certain person, scum can just kill that person and we lose our most valuable source of info - the watcher catching someone visiting the victim. At the same time, if we happen to pick a scum to visit, that makes scum unable to kill or use actions. But it's very risky. In any case, we'll reevaluate this after we're done with the current plan.

- The only thing that throws me off a bit, I have to admit, is her supposed "twilight"-post (post 646) where she supposedly believed to have been hammered. I think it's a very silly thing to do as scum, but then again, scum could keep up the lying even after having been hammered just to mess with us, or she never thought she got lynched in the first place. I believe it to be the latter, as she asked for clarifications on the vote situation in 639 and I gave her this clarification in 640. If she read that she'd have no reason to think she was lynched after my vote at all.

The derp I did here could possibly be seen as me thinking that Miss D voted RachMarie (thus placing her at L-1) and therefore my statement about "hammer her" referring to her.
Not to mention Rach has Miss D in mind as "them", and thus assumes that "her" refers to her and not "them", if you get what I mean.

Please, over half of my town tunnels start because I'm certain I have found scum. You can look at all my games, and every single person I attack I'm usually more than certain that the person is scum, otherwise I wouldn't attack hard in the first place.
