Not feeling that claim at all. Town one-shot weak power would almost always be used N1, Chevre was around during deadline so it's not as if it was simple inaction due to VLA, and neighborizer is just as likely to be a scum PR than town PR. With all our other PR claims, not all of them can be town.

I have town or hard town reads on all of the other claimed players. While Majiffy is looking a bit less town I still don't want to force another claim. Also notice how jmo is the only player not voting anyone right now when there are 8 hours left in the day, and has been non-committal about any of the wagons that have come up since him, simply going for whatever wagon is seemingly popular at a given moment. He is trying to be opportunistic scum.
