I might be still new for kind pro-team like this, I just 6 month follow this, but from my view, Alliance and Na'Vi on the top right now. Though I believe that Mouz, DK, Tongfu, LGD.cn, iG, and Orange will give them a problem.

You can play almost any hero in offlane so long as you have good map movements.

All range heroes. Yap. Not every melee heroes can offlane as starter, except pull neutral creeps, if your enemies don't disturb you also.

Sometimes in public game as support, I like to play KotL in hard lane. That's very funny when you take their creeps with one shot.

(Still need sight to shoot at correct time, ward provide it (not for disable neutral creep to spawn))

Nah, just need more practice and understand the heroes and the items. Probably the system also, like towerdive is quiet easy in DotA. As in here, DotA uses trees for map (which can be destroyed). Kinda neat.

Sniper is my first (agi-carry) fat hero when I'm still a newbie. I think this hero is good starter for player who new for DotA. Maybe not for today meta.
I still remember when I'm newbie, people (around me) only use his ultimate skill for the last hit on enemies's hero until fat. Kinda funny.

I only can suggest, training is the best way. I like Lion, Ogre Magi, or Rubick as starter for newbie though. Especially Rubick. (You know, spell steal, to understand all active skills in DotA.)

I don't know why people said Skeleton King is good for starter. His ulti, eh? Nowadays people use skill 1 and 3 in war. Dunno if newbies can hold his mana.

Abaddon is OP hero.

Depends, I think. Abaddon can Aphotic Shield and Burrowed Time. I think it is very conditional situation when you want to deny yourself. In war, he can gives Aphotic to his teammate (he has Burrowed Time anyway) and Curse of Avernus to slow your enemy's movement and make your teammate faster (attack speed also for teammate).

Usually Abaddon makes Phase Boots. Usually can't catch him when run away.

I ever get killed by self-sacrifice Abaddon (I was support) in end of war. Nicely done.

Well, amazing game in Wild Card. I putted my items in Quantic also. Never expect it, but it is RattleSnake. Pretty dynamic play and nicely done.

Though I believe that game 1 is failure plan because [A]'s laning. Both of them have good tactic.

Message from Alexandr "XBOCT" Dashkevych on his page made a huge resonance. In this message he states that Na `Vi is unlikely to continue to play in current composition.

The last TP of Dendy is really bad time. Puppey never thought Dendy would TP that long (5s ?). As I remember Puppey tried to lure the Puck so Dendy can TP, but appear false calculation, caught both of them in there. Well, s4 never knew Dendy in there until the Coil.

Well, s4 really give their team a nice cup that worth 1,2M$.

I miss the old days of position 2 Rhasta. Some of Dendi and Singsing's best work was on the hero.

When the patch had just come, Mushi used Rhasta at mid. Never seen one again.

I'm not sure yet, but the dev said it still depends on win or lose. I'm too lazy to read that. (Me and my friend just discussed about it )

ISn't the purpose of rank match making is based on solo individual performances such as (last hits, denies, KDA etc) why it is connected with Win/Loss of a game.

Yeah, maybe they still develop about this. My friends talked about ranked a lot. (I never ranked because what I heard)

Yup, I'd say it's between 500-1000 points out, as I doubt I'm in the top 1% of players.

I doubt it. I'm down to 4500 MMR and still got queued with Aui last week, and am still often in the first 5 pages of live games.

My party MMR like 3600, but tbh I kinda doubt we're better with 90%< people, because all of my country friends have this rate MMR (Solo and Party). Though one of my friend has friend with 4700 MMR.

I think SB is better for Alche. Ofc that Maelstrom is good (farming) item, but tbh, I rather see carries join war as fast as they can rather than late game.

I still don't understand what exact time carry needs to farm or join war, though. Sometimes our carry join war and enemies's carry farms, and suddenly they got better carry than mine even though we had better kill and tower.

Yeah, support alche is awesome especially this. Roshan is easy (not about stun).

But tbh, at my rating, they rather to not see support alche. The respond somewhat, "what? alche support?". (Well, this makes me never use support alche anymore)

90% of the time I'd go drums but if you're not getting ganked I don't think not getting drums will throw the game.

drums allow you to teamfight better though.

I mean you can skip drums if you're gonna afk-farm and the other team is bad and not ganking/pushing.

Actually I like to give drums to some heroes, but not at carry. Like Gondar and DP. Is this suitable?

Other option, Beastmaster. Beastmaster was the main option at my main country to counter Techies at DotA 1.

You get an extra .45 mana/sec if the stats I checked are right. That's not enough to keep up your mana regen for mines early on.

Actually 0.9 mana regen seems low (someone verify in game), but either way you get probably at most an extra .75mana/sec which equates to 45 mana regen/min which is just nowhere near enough for techies.

Actually, land mines lvl 1 cd is 25s and 125 mana. I think sobi mask is better.

As the game start, you only have 1 minutes to plan 2 mines and 30s creeps walking and start farm, perhaps 3 mines planted, yet you need exp.

And I rather have Suicide at first skill. Don't you guys?
