Considering there is a stalled Pathfinder game in "signups" and a slow-moving 5e game ongoing, probably not. 3.5 does not lend itself well to our slow rate of play.

More on-topic, though, I've already had to modify 5e combat rules slightly to make it run faster. 3.5 is even slower than 5e, and 4e even slower still.

More information on my game, the official name is "PokéClash: Kanto". It will be a 23-player game set in the Kanto region, with all non-legendary Pokemon from the first four generations available for capture.

At first I wanted to do it when no anon Survivors were going on, but since it's more challenge based with less strategy and social aspects involved, I'll move it up to March if no one has a problem with that. :}
