UB isn't really non-meta at all. The deck that LSV plays in that video is Cifka's 60 from the world championships.

It is in the current meta -- Esper was the only thing even close to being a top tier deck running UB and even that isn't played anymore.

Cockatrice is not the best testing environment.

the world champs was specifically a meta in which a team could NOT use more than 4 of any card across the three of them...

I'd hardly call that "standard meta"

Esper hasn't been on the radar for months really and UB definitely isn't a deck that people are familiar with.

Put together a cheap mono green infect deck for Modern on MTGO but man it's not that great :\

I mean I won a couple games just because I turn 2'd him but I don't have a sideboard yet which is problem #1 and problem #2 is FUCK SPELL SNARE IN THE BUTT

4x Giant Growth
4x Groundswell
4x Mutagenic Growth
4x Predator's Strike

4x Blight Mamba
4x Glistener Elf
4x Ichorclaw Myr

Anyone have ideas for a cheap sideboard? Or any cards they'd let me use that would go well with the deck? I know Inkmoth Nexus is one of the first things I need to put in.

Did fine in the just for fun queue; did a 2-man to see how the deck does and I won G1, lost G2 very narrowly (fucking 9 infect counters and I topdecked 4 forests in a row, no pump spells), G3 I got stomped by Tarmogoyf & Spell Snare, good lord

Add Young Pyromancer. You're gonna need more instants and sorceries, so switch some pump stuff out for Remand, Spell Snare, Mana Leak and Probe. Since you're running those, go ahead and add Delver and Telling Time over the infect stuff. Clique is also good here

The mana needs to be fixed though, so grab some Scalding Tarn and Misty Rainforest. I don't even know why you're running Forests in UR Tempo, you're only using Rainforest to fetch Islands...

+4 Vines of Vastwood

I really really want to run 4 Inkmoth Nexus but they're $3 a pop right now so I'm going to have to hold off

The goal here is to play this deck and win just enough times to start picking up cards for Tron
