The council has decided that Orthel is a pretty central location, and generally neutral. We will be willing to build a United Gazebo Nations building in our territory, and declare it a neutral zone, free from our influence.
Koapox would still prefer to have it on an island. We like that idea.

Every citizen should spend 6 months in military training at the age of 18. Citizens are heavily encouraged to have a lot of children. Each family with at least 3 children gets an additional £500 each month
The continent is a pangaea, there are no significant landmasses other then the continent you're on. If someone really needs a small island to do something we might decide that they retroactively exist and everyone is assumed to have always known about it (don't try to build a secret bunker there because other players will probably wonder why there is suddenly an announcement that this suspiciously empty island always existed).
You can try to colonize space though.
Ooc/Word of God: Both the other named planets in the solar system are inhabitable enough to build a self sustaining colony, no guarantees though (read: probably not) that this colony will be able to to recoup the cost of getting it there in the first place during the course of the game. You don't actually know this in character.
We concur with the ideas of Koapox and the Silverlands.
In addition, we are officially naming Mhorkish as our official religion. Any person practicing the Mhorkish religion will receive a 5% cut to the annual tax to residents.

And now to business.

In post 217, Lord Mhork wrote:On the matter of the Pan-Udosian Alliance, His Holiness Accepts and moves to suggest it be renamed the League for the Opportunity of Udosian Victory and Excellence.
This name is very disagreeable. For one it drips of regional superiority. Topos wishes for an cooperative alliance amongst the Udosian nations, but it doesn't wish to alienate non-Udosian nations.
Ok so I did research and St. Peter's Basilica cost ~$1B to build. I'm just gonna base my cathedral on that cost 'cause it's really magnificent. I dunno how long it should take though based on that cost.
The Twin Houses and the Lord of Mhork himself have authorized 1B marcs for the construction of a magnificent Cathedral in Arrakis.
I dunno if you want the specs or whatever.
~Tor'Kin, Face to the World
Edit:
The Twin Houses see your point and will call another emergency meeting to find a better, less superior name.
His Holiness Maestro Lux is en route to the Udosian Neutral-City of Quik Topicus and wishes to calm regional delegates who may have been awaiting his arrival. The Pontifex felt he should attend personally, as a primary meeting between nations demanded such a duty of the sworn Pontifex of the Lux Semitam, the Path of Light.
Furthermore, Pontifex Maestro wishes for any nations desiring more personal contact with the divine to enact a pilgrimage to Urbem Lumine ("City of Light") so they may hear the teachings of the Holy Pontifex firsthand. It is also the capital city of the fair nation of Mæristo Lux, with which other nations are encouraged wherever possible to engage in trade and other dealings.
We will only build places of pilgrimage in other nations on specific request.
We will not isolate ourselves behind tradition nor demand the same of our friends or neighbors.
Our followers are many, but our beliefs are few.
The Path of Light is for all - even Mhorkists - who wish to answer its call.
We ask thee to choose not between one path or another, but to choose them all.
All paths lead to the same End. All paths lead to the same Light.
Semper splendere. "Always shine."
