Just to clarify the 1B into the financial sector involve creating an international bank. My 3B reserves will be put into there and will gain interest as the bankers and actuaries choose to invest it. If anyone else would like appreciation on their national reserves rather than leaving them collecting dust, The Silverlands international bank will happily open an account for them

Spend 0.75B on researching new technologies to make life easier for my citizens and patent it
Spend 0.75B on research new technologies to improve the industry and patent it

Well my point was that it is good to save and invest funds. If I'm in a time of emergency or shortage I don't want to have no monies left or it all tied up in research or military

The Silverlands intends to have no military for the foreseeable future and would extend the hand of favour to countries also embracing the ways of multilateral demilitarisation
