Also people could be jealous of not getting votes
Ah okay, I also didn't like this post. I just seemed off.
Plus I didn't like this "considering this new mechanic took awhile to figure out" when he voted for himself in his first post, showing that he understood what was happening.
I knew what was happening but it took awhile to figure out how we should go about getting reads and stuff.
In post 15, Skelda wrote:Hey everyone! So, this game is really interesting, since it doesn't really matter who is scum as long as we send town to the safehouse. We could potentially win with no idea who the scum are, which is super intriguing. So...
VOTE: Skelda
I trust myself more than anyone.
2nd Self Vote.
And he's getting us out with RVS artificially, which is something only scum would do.
You know this, you've experienced this.
Town pretty much "naturally" go out of RVS and not need some vocalization.
Kinda. I don't even know where to begin with this game though. Why doesn't everyone give a nice little piece telling us all why we should vote for you? That seems like a nice place to start. I'll go first.
I am Skelda, and you should vote for me because I came up with this idea.
In post 30, Skelda wrote:There would be zero motivation not to self hammer, since for both town and scum it is beneficial to get into the safehouse. But, I imagine most people self-voting before it got to the hammer point, honestly.
I'm not really sure how to read people in this game, since there is no suspicion that anyone need express. And I don't think scum will have difficulty looking town, since in this setup scum motives and town motives are pretty similar: just to get themselves in the safehouse. I guess scum might want to send their scumbuddies, but if only one scum makes it to the safehouse they can win it for their faction.
I don't follow, like at all, at least Skelda is trying to town hunt.
Also why would town vote someone you think is scum?
Your not even doing anything to convince people to unvote who you think is scum.
@Everyone, QUIT BEING LAZY STUPID FUCKS, THIS GAME ISN'T ONLY ABOUT SEEMING TOWN, IT'S ABOUT FINDING TOWN.
They aren't even being serious.
Seriously.
>Votes this person
>Says not to put in L-1
Which is REALLY NOT serious.
This is the only actual post of content TNE has produced
I already stated my opinion on the first part,
The second part looks like townhunting but I think scum could DEFINITELY fake that
third part is null
the fourth part is pretty bad interpretation (Dare I say scum interpretation?) because they didn't say not to put the wagon at L-1 because it wasn't serious. They said it because they weren't going to let them in the safehouse until damn ready
, not in the JS and JW, but personally I don't care, I still want to vote them because of "something" that I can trust in the future.
From what?

I like this because I was already thinking this. It's better to get your best townread into the safehouse regardless of how helpful he is on the outside. Otherwise, you are risking your best townread to a night kill.
I'm pretty certain JW is a townie and he's the only person I'm willing to vote for (other than myself) at this point.
I've already decided Gaiden, banakai, and Skelda won't get my vote today.
Town POV: Ok! So I need to get some townies in that safehouse so we can win!
Scum POV: Okay, I need to play like scum and start pushing some mislyches--Oh wait.
P-Edit: Gaiden, do you think JW is scum? If he's town, he would quickhammer to send himself in there and get a townie in there.
Dunno. I can't read people very well. But quick hammer to me is a bad sign. It doesn't feel townie since he would have no real reason to do so. At worst, the day times out and he gets in anyway. To me, quickhammering is the same as saying "lemme secure my spot here before they change their minds." and that don't feel right.
