2.5b on 50000 reservists.
1b on two training academy's.
4b to improve mining industry.
1.5b on intelligence.
1b on upkeep.
700m on improving my research centers.

at any point in time(except when I
m under attack), there will always be 20000 reservists defending my borders and 20000 training in academy's and 10000 taking a break. these troops will keep swapping positions every two weeks.

Establish the free sharing of mining technology among Okkezian nations, contingent on an entry amount of $1.67 Billion, which will be spent this turn on researching further improvements in mining minerals. Chesstopia will freely share its current level of tech with all nations who join the coalition

1 billion on upkeep

2 billion on building more mineral mining rigs and stuff

1 billion on improvements to the processes of mining crude oil

3 billion on education improvements

1 billion on more orphanages and public awareness that we'll take your kids and that if you're pregnant you dont have periods so you can save money and not buy condoms...

2 billion on public works projects

Every member of the coalition agrees to spend 1.25 billion per turn on research and share all tech freely and cooperate in research, also.
Spending additional money to upgrade old mining rigs/build new ones with the new technology is up to individuals.

Specifying what type of research would be nice.
Fickle, cold and harsh or caring and warm
Strongly opinionated or barely invested, but a constant

This would be ideal if it were applied to everyone on Gazebo. As in, anyone who fails to co-operate will be dealt with.

So are we gonna play arms race then? I'd like to know if we're gonna see who can make the biggest guns or if we're going to try to peacefully coexist.

I've said from the start I wanted a meeting/agenda. I wasn't making rules for others either, just getting bored of no developments there so trying to make action about it one way or another

We've never been invited to such trading pacts. I doubt the sincerity of this if this rule is just imposed on everyone.

To all concerned with the recent spending on military tech (in the face of some other nations doing the same), we reassure you we will not deploy any soldiers to war. As long as our army remains at ZERO, do not be alarmed at all. We'll be in peace, and we'll continue to maintain harmony.

@Mods: Again, do I have to post the event myself or you are gonna post it?

Also,

$3B on defence

Pretty much this. Bowser, you can't claim to be a neutral country then say that you'll "deal with" countries that don't follow - they conflict heavily.

Orcinus
it's 1.67b this turn, 1.25 every turn thereafter, so every turn we all get improvements corresponding to 5billion in total research
and we should probably spend a bit of money on our own _building_ these improved rigs we come up with with the seasonly research

Not for the first time, either. You either need to be completely neutral, or stop masquerading. Simple as that.
