It shouldn't be too difficult for Holy Empire researchers to come up with the required technologies to assist you in this endeavor. I can promise you that it will be one of our top priorities this summer to create the necessary equipment to create a sort of icon on the moon. In the mean time we can discuss the symbol as well as conduct proper research to ensure that the monument will be purely cosmetic with no physical influence on Gazebo. The last thing we would want is to throw off the tides or something awful like that.

. Any number of terrible consequences could arise from this experiment, and how will we solve them? How do you solve a problem that comes from blowing a chunk out of the moon?

This entire endeavor is narcissism in the extreme. We are world leaders. We control the fate of the planet. We should be trying to better it and coexist rather than furthering secret agendas or conducting private experiments for the nation's own amusement.

Even though the current international channels are buzzing with word on a… peculiar expedition to the moon, we thought it judicious to send warm greetings towards each of you on behalf of Kartosael and the people of Kartonia. With gratitude we return the kind word of the Lord of Mhork as we too desire a long-term mutually beneficial relation.
All nations are invited to the grand feast, at which we celebrate that the nation of Kartonia has opened its political channels and borders to the world. The leaders are invited, or an ambassador if the leader is too busy.
Regarding the recent uproar on publicizing a nation’s budget, we believe every nation has the right to decide if they want to go public with the budget or not. We, however, will as a sign of goodwill shall publicize our budget, as soon as our financial department has drafted it.
Furthermore, concerning the phallic space program, we choose to remain neutral. Although we concur with the Holy Empire of Mhork on that it is a vulgar display, we cannot help but agree with Orthel as well, for it would be a significant breakthrough in space science. We strongly believe that if it is for the good of the world, it will succeed. If it is however nothing but harmful, the project will fail and cause harm to those who undertook it.
