I was contemplating waiting on this because I simply haven't had time to read this game properly. However, I've found mastin's push on me dodgy from the start and I've had a gut bad feeling there all game. I'm usually pretty good at detecting inauthentic pushes.

The defense units were forced to regroup near the center of Heliopolis, as the invading mobile suits spread out into an attack formation. Bursts of gunfire and intermittent explosions interrupted what was otherwise a silent battlefield, as the civilians had long been evacuated to the designated shelters.

"Stay in defensive positions," came a voice over the comm unit. "Don't get picked off, just let them come to us." Despite multiple exchanges of artillery fire and missile volleys, the battle appeared to be a stalemate for a long period.

Suddenly, a large burst of energy came raining down from above, creating a huge blast wave as several nearby units were wiped out. "Where did that come from?" someone asked. "Damage report!"

Fortunately, the damage was not catastrophic, although mastin2 was caught in the blast. The defensive units quickly closed around his former position. A new burst of gunfire from the invaders got their attention again, as the battle continued...
