Lol, didn't notice the hammer, so freaking good Scum thought they had this one won going into LYLO with Yieley being the obvious lynch. Now Nacho has overplayed his hand, with his dismissive behavior towards me, and his desperate try to portray my readpost as something I did before I knew my alignement. We will go into the last day with Nachio and me, and with either F16 or Bert to decide the game. I will not speculate now in what Nacho will do this night, but I wish the last one of you good luck on day 4. Hopefully you will do the right thing

LOL, so mad that your scumbuddy got lynched. I don't care if you are the debate master, it doesn't make you a good townplayer. Finding scum does. I'll tell you this much, if you truly are town you have played a poor game, because you haven't found one scum, and you haven't pushed a single lynch for real. You might get me lynched on day 4, and kudos to you if you do it as scum, but don't flatter yourself to much, this game was pretty much all in the bag for scum, but you guys got to complacent.

Good game Bert. You played really well. I would say that the credit for the scum win lies with you and beginner. Beginner's slot was gold. I played with beginner offsite and still believed that he was likely town before I replaced in. Most of the townreads on me were due to him.

Nacho, playing with you was fun and intimidating at the same time. Although the game was pretty much already won because of beginner, I knew that the one final hurdle was to keep you at bay long enough for one townie to vote another.

SilverBard, you did great for a first game. The only thing I would suggest is to not be too sure of who is scum in LYLO. A little paranoia is not a bad thing. Same with Tamuz. I would say that if I replaced into a town slot, I wonder if I would have voted beginner at all over Nacho.

Thanks for modding N. I had fun in the short time that I had.

Also, I picked up a few cool meta-tells on Bert that I pretty much ignored because I was scum.

If Nacho wasn't there, I'd have lurked and let the townies vote each other. Nacho and I have played enough games by now that if he was underwhelmed by my play, it would be a

huge

red flag. I usually put in too much effort as town and I often wondered if I should tone it down because it makes me obvscum when I am scum. I just decided to practice upping my scumgame instead in a no pressure environment.

I'd actually have preferred to replace into a "suspicious-looking slot" and try to town it up. That would be like starting from scratch. Here though, I had nothing to gain and

everything

to lose, thanks to beginner. I didn't think I'd be able to live with myself if I lost this.

@F-16: This just seems to happen a lot with me. I'll catch scum on something, let them go, and then they'll end up getting to Lylo and winning. It happened in Amurika Mafia, it happened in Achievement Unlocked, and it happened here. I swear if I can just figure out how to patch up this weakness, my town play might almost be comparable with my scum play.

Justly so. FWIW I try to make course corrections after mistakes like that. If my orcinus read had been more solid on day 2 of that game, I would have put more weight on his read of you.

GiF did a great job of rehabilitating that slot from what I saw in my catch-up read, and Bert inherited it pretty much squeaky-clean.

By the end of day 1, I was almost certain that one of bulba or Nacho had to be scum. I would probably have contributed to the mislynches. beginner's "townslip" should make me a hell of a lot more careful about over-weighting so-called townslips.

Side-note: I don't think I've ever felt as tentative and scared as I did in this game, what with Nacho breathing down my back and also inheriting Scumbag's posts which had me super-paranoid of being tracked. Never was able to play loosely, mostly because of Nacho (and ffery). Beginner did a great job... when I first replaced in, I briefly forgot who my scumbuddy was and thought he was town the way he was going after me. Falcon, your meta looked town as heck, I will make sure to never underestimate you!

And I meant what I said when I thought the experienced players in this game (Tamuz, Bulb, TSB counts too, Nacho, Ffery) seem like pretty good players IMO. I had a dandy time trying to figure out what each wall was saying. Wall wars man... and all the analysis...
