PoE is pretty simple.

I'm actually pretty OK with AP, but U'd rather have Pasch. I only stayed off of him because I trusted Mollie's read. If Mollie's read had been accurate, JKLM would have flipped scum.

Varsoon was pretty null, but I know empirically that he disnae flip out like that as scum, so Thor gets a free pass.

worried about is doing anything useful here. I am clearly out of my depth. I am enjoying the game, I particularly like many of the people here personally, but as far as players, I have no idea what I'm doing. I know I haven't been around THAT long but I feel like a newbie again and I don't like that. I like to think I have SOME idea what's going on. I give my reads and get told that makes me scum and no one seems to give a bother what I'm actually saying. I realize I'm horrible at making cases but that's no reason to write them off. If I say something that makes sense, then it only stands to reason the best interest is to help each other develop the case from those different perspectives.

@beli: I'm not so ok with AP. Pasche lynch is eh. I'm not sold on it, not by a long shot. I have had him as town for a bit now and to have a sudden influx of suspicion is weird to me when I didn't see anything before. I'm not unwilling to take a look but I'm less willing to deny initial gut. I also don't think painting everyone on the D1 lynch as scum is prudent, considering how scummy JKLM in actual fact was being (imo). My case on Varsoon/Thor began when I saw the way he acted like he KNEW JKLM was town before there was even a flip. I've never seen anyone say shit like that except in newbie games, and even if I'd had a strong feeling someone was town, there'd be enough doubt that I wouldn't make statements like that. So I don't quite understand it.

No, I haven't caught scum with contraction avoidance before, that would be madness...but what I was looking for when I read this game over to start with was anything that looked out of place. Talking like Spock qualifies. So...if AP normally talks like Spock, I'm completely null on him. If he does not, that qualifies as a deviation from his baseline mode of speech, which I see as scummy.

I have never seen a game where town so was intent on throwing itself off the cliff. It's mind boggling. Every time someone besides AP, EtL, or Grim starts to look a little townish, they hurl themselves back into the ditch. Grim is intent on lynching townies, though.

Thor or Darthe should die today. Period. They're both probably scum. Mastin might be, too. Lying Cat might be, as well. Scum are definitely well represented in that list.
