There are no warnings given ahead of time to unannounced aircraft. It is ordered to land and be seized, and either complies, is shot down, or evades to outside of Swizzerland.

Spend $1.5b on research and manufacturing of ICBMs. Build launch sites and airfields over those uninhabited islands in my colonisation products and transport relavent explosives to these islands, protected by more Hawk Is (Which I also want to spend another $1b for production

If someone flies overhead and it's unidentified, then it's given three chances to do so before being escorted down by aircraft. If it still refuses, then it's blown from the sky.

Oh, as addenum, diplomat's aircraft can go over my country in this particular case- we have no explosives to conceal.

I have no problem with flyovers i know about and approve. The warning/warning shot/shootdown policy applies to unannounced and unidentified spy aircraft only.
