My first newbie game (and technically first mafia game) Where he was scum and I town.
A newbie game he replaced in D2, and we were both Town.
A newbie game I replaced into during LyLo and we were both Scum.
And a newbie game he replaced into where we were both Town.

Reading thor is a very complex matter considering his town and scum meta are very similar, nearly identical, and he can easily take the leadership of town as either alignment, so far i'm reading him as town, and I value thor as a town player, however i think if he's scum I may be able to pick it up along the way, but i highly doubt it on D1, so for now I can put him as strong townread.

After reading through the thread a second time with lots less skimming I realized that same thing. I liked the Burn_209 wagon, but I like other wagons too.

You think he is town because you consider him a strong and valuable town player? And because you might be able to read him better down the road?

I'm looking for things in this game that he has done to cause you to read him as town. I agree with you regarding Thor's meta based on the games of his that I have read.

Uh no?, I'm reading him as town because he's been doing town motivated stuff, this is also usual for his scum meta, but i'll be able to pick it up along the way. That's what I meant.

For all intents and purposes, she hasn't actually voted in this game. Her reactions have all been defensive, and the one reads post she did make didn't seem consistent with itself. I'm surprised she's not taking more flak for it (she's still only at L-2, more votes are welcome people).

Replacing in is tricky. Ive seen people come in and make quote wall responses to things than have happened as a method of catching up. I don't think thats all that effective of a way to jump into a game. Hopefully this will be a good way for me to get involved.

After a couple reads through the thread this is what I have for scum reads:

Sakura Hana - it doesn't look like she is motivated to participate.
Burn_209 - I get the sense that he is trying to convince us that he is town as he posts.
Antagon - hasn't done much besides sheep votes and discuss RVS stage.

." but thats fair enough. I am sometime jealous of players who have experience together. Meta reading is no replacement for real time experience when it comes to getting an idea of how players think.

No he is just dong as Thor commands thats all. I dont think there is another angle or approach or whatever

I think everyone outside of Thor, Zipper, Sakura, myself, and you since you joined have been inactive or at least not as active as I would hope. I see inactivity as a really scummy thing to do because it shows that you dont want or embrace attention on yourself and would rather have the attention on other people. The more you post the more of a microscope you are going to have on you and if you are scum Im pretty sure that you dont want to be that analyzed. Plus the less activity there is the less discussion there is which makes it easy for the scum to just cruise to an easy victory.

On a side note where the hell did Gale go? We get a little pressure on her and she just straight disappears.
