I dunno how much he enjoys playing scum. Hanging on to an interesting looking town game sounds more plausible than hanging on to a scum game in a player list like this one, but that could be a projection of my personal (and very strong) role preference.

I admit this crossed my mind as well, and I'm potentially willing to concede that he is indeed over his head but wants to play this game because of what looks like such a strong town lineup. It just seems, though, like it would be so easy for a player like him to scoot through day 1 if he's got one of the strong power players as a scum buddy (thus my paranoia regarding you giving him daytalk queues) then start playing day 2 with a fairly clean record, assuming he can produce some quality content.

Orestes better blow my mind in a post like, today, though. I'm still not giving fitz a town read either, though I feel like the push on him is kind of baseless. I also feel like Garmr is probtown, but I can't stand how little he's helped in actually finding scum. I don't mind an Orestes vote, but considering his content it feels empty.

Still happy with a T S O lynch, would be willing to vote for Orestes unless he does some heavy duty scum hunting VERY soon, and as much as I hate to lynch someone with 1 (albeit scummy) post, PoE leaves Milked a good option too. a TvK lynch would also work in a pinch, but I think I'd prefer one of the others at the moment.

I think we're struggling for a wagon because lots of people agree on who looks townish, but all the scummy looking players are all kinda generically scummy with no stand outs and a few soft town reads from the core. I might move to the Orestes wagon, but that wagon looks a little iffy, and also I pretty much expect him to be a flake at this stage.

Wrt Post 333 - When I mentioned the phone posting it was at the end of my catch up.  It was not "pre-emptive"...it was because people were getting annoyed at the lack of posting and lurkers which between the holiday weekend AND my usual phone posting included me.  The FYI was telling it like it is.  Search phone in my posts and you'll get over 100 hits.  I don't always enter a game making  excuses for phone posting but when I find it's limiting me (or being pointed out that my posting is absent) I point it out.  My phone predominant phone posting is a fact and not a tell.  For you to say my FYI is scummy is making something out of nothing.  Kind of like my first two posts.

Wrt Post 334 - It is complete bullocks.  Swap my catch up posts with the "phone posting disclaimer" suspicions.  Excellent scumhunting (not).

For the sake of argument and so that you can get support for your suspicions towards me...how about you summarize your reasons for suspecting me?  If it's clear to everyone else (including me) then I can responded (hopefully without player dyslexia) and others can establish or refine their opinions.

You told me that I obviously can't identify town this game because I was wrong about you--even though we had the same town reads at the time. So if your accusation was true (that I couldn't identify town) then you were also condemning your own reads. The fact is that, in your eyes, my being right about 4 town and wrong about 1 town = completely unable to identify town because you were the one I was wrong about. That's the problem.

No. It's partially on your opening posts, and mostly on your reaction to our accusations. I said as much in the post that started this part of the conversation.

I did search phone in the two completed town games that have been linked in this game, and you didn't give excuses for your lack of content in either of them.

I really can't be any clearer than the posts that you are responding to here. Why are you asking me to summarize my case when we just got done going over it point by point? It hasn't changed.

Or perhaps Orestes continuing to fly under the radar? Maybe some thoughts on Garmr? I'd be willing to bet you'd have to go ISO him to remember anything he's said.

It's quite a few pages back that you did anything but defend yourself from Herself and trying to push a dead end wagon on her. I think the fact that I agree with most of your points about Herself is the only thing that's kept you out of my "good to lynch today" pool but you're getting closer and closer to making it.

I just woke up remembering exactly what bothered me about Garmr's Post 49 and wanted to get it down before I forgot (And yes, I'm a lame idiot that doesn't stop thinking about the game); it's that his entire response towards Orestes came across as if he was de-crediting him after Orestes questioned Garmr's posts being fluff based in Post 48, didn't read as genuinely scumhunting Oretes at all.

I like to point out that's me mimicking his posting style and applying some of his own reasoning was just to prove a point. The point he could use the same reasons on himself and if he thinks that those reasons are scummy why is he playing like that in the first place thus making it hypocritical (Ahhhh I love using that word ) Also some of it didn't make sense as we were only two pages in.

So...Reg...do you actually suspect anyone? I'm getting twitchier reading your posts when you seem to throw away every scum read you have.

You and Street look more like a couple at the store scrutinizing which curtains to buy for your new place than people trying to actively find scum.

This nagging feeling that my two strongest town reads are laughing at me in a day chat QT is growing. We need to lynch somebody so one of my damn town reads can die and make me feel better.

Like this post for two reasons I agree and it made me laugh.

Milked is a wagon I might hop on at the end of the day. I still have that feeling for Orestes it's not as strong as the Grimgrove and banksy scum read from past games which felt the same as each other but this Orestes is different yet still similar enough to urk me.

Thoughts on making tso wagon. I had him as a scumread last game for the same reasons. He flipped town so now i'm wary of doing it again.
