anyway... Is crusader kings II worth it if not on sale?
Yes. It's a great game in general and just about the only one in it's genre.
Keep in mind that it's somewhat hard to get the hang of it.
Disagree. Wait for the Winter Sale. There's just too much DLC to justify the cost of getting the full package now. (This goes with literally any game from that developer...Pandora? Not too sure but you should get the point)
There's a 75% sale on it like once every two months, just get the base game, decide if you like it and if you do buy the DLC next sale, it's what I did.
I think I've got all the DLC except the last one now and I've bought all of them in a separate sale.
Exciting. Wonder when/what/how. They've a fairly big time period to pick from, and there's lots of not filled in details. Can't wait to see their take on it.
are you thinking of me when you're with somebody else?
I got my friend Sonic 06 for his birthday (as a joke). He played it for two hours, and let me tell you:
It's the kind of game you have to play to believe. Youtube video's don't do it justice. It's looks so much worse in 60 FPS HD. And the controls-- dear god--- they are so difficult.

The Game Grumps might just do it justice.
jdodge1019: hasjghsalghsakljghs is from vermont
jdodge1019: vermont is made of liberal freaks and cows
jdodge1019: he's not a liberal
jdodge1019: thus he is a cow

I still haven't even played it yet...

I think two hours is about how long it took me to trade it back in, if that.

Those videos are good, but you seriously have to have the physical controller in your hands and be actively trying to manipulate the characters to get a full understanding of how jarring and unplayable it is. Everything is a hair-trigger, and all-too-frequently you lose sight of your character and become disoriented.

Conquering the initial kingdom you're in is usually pretty straightforward. You're either a duke among dukes and can fairly easily take things county by county until you own half the kingdom, declare yourself king and vassalize the rest. Or you're the vassal of an existing kingdom and plot your way to the throne.
If you're a king among kings, trying to conquer the others county by county is going to take centuries because you have to fight a nationwide war each time and then deal with the 10 year truce, so you're forced to rely on personal claims, because even taking things duchy by duchy is going to take 50 years even if you can find the claimants, to form the empire you also need 80% of the territory which is basically the same as being king of each individual part. If you're in an existing empire it's similarly easy though.
How the fuck such an obviously shitty show got Joel McHale I'll never know, but holy fuck he saved the whole damn thing from being the most unimaginably stupid shit.
I'll explain it to you. You have to get someone else to understand it for you.
evidently some of my 64 carts are worth some money, so I'm gonna go sell a few and buy new ones. no real desire to play Harvest Moon on the original console (or really ever again) so this seems like good move.
i made 48 dollars off of 7 xbox 360 games last week. Very happy with that return.
so (don't hit me i know I'm late) should I get starcraft 2? i'm nervous bout the login requirements since I really hate that idea.
As the king of all cosmos remarked "is it really fun? or that it let's you forget yourself?"
