You said "so much of this" in response to the same quote where penguin_alien responded to with a statement of seeing sound logic and a townread to boot.

"So much of this" looks like the same thing to me really. It means you couldn't agree more. Despite the facts having been mixed up.

I've been distracted away from this game recently.
Your 180 in isn't too bad, I've seen it done by scum before but never this early in their game. Can't really comment on later things for now, but will have more time tomorrow. I'm still mostly in five pages ago.

I'm no language analyst but the language of this post seems to be leaping up and down yelling "SCUM!" That said, it could also be newb-town.
Also, other than my superficial complaint with it, it doesn't seem that bad. He could be scum thinking that I'll be lynched today and that if he is not on my wagon he gets townypoints and that that sets up a wrong hermy-wagon for tomorrow. He could be newb-town who means what he says. They're both possible. If Eek flips town then Tier would probably be my next target of suspicion.

Your predecessor did not leave you in a very good state.
Who said that?

You're still not addressing my point re: mixing up facts versus having a bad trajectory.

Bad trajectory is indicative of scum because it indicates someone attempting to imitate an "honest" read, but not really understanding how to go about it. It results in a sloppy line of reasoning that doesn't make sense.

Mixed up facts just means someone made a blunder about a position.

Imagine the game as a series of points and connecting lines, with the points being events/statements/facts, and the connecting lines being the narrative formed from those points. You're trying to use an argument pertinent to the way the lines are connecting the points to apply to something that was a mixup about a point was.

Do you follow?

This is what was making me not like TierShift. The bolded is overemphasis; Tiershift really wants us to know that he didn't see what Who pointed out and that he's sorry for it.

Other head posting now.

Would still lynch Who. Torn on whether TierShift is lynchbait or scum overplaying his hand as per BRO's comment.

I look forward to MME's catch-up; just finished a game with him in Little Italy where I was vaguely scum reading him more because he wasn't as town as my town reads but less scummy than my scum reads, if that's coherent. Hermy's play left me with no compunctions about lynching the slot, but I want to hear his impressions.

huh?

How would knowing the identity of the person dancing with him help him derail the case?
Knowing who was arguing the case isn't as important to everyone else as discussing the case itself. By engaging in trying to find out a hidden hydra head's identity, he was distracting from the point at hand and increasing the odds that people would forget that he'd never addressed the actual issue.

BRO, you pointed out TierShift's reaction to Who's post. Do you think he's buddying or propping up a scum buddy?

GG, as you catch up, I'd like your take on Who.

Loving how who is suddenly like "your" wagon peng. Not that I care which player takes credit for a scumlynch, seeing myself as the first vote on the wagon is reward in and of itself.

Yes, I do really want you to know I feel sorry. I shouldn't be discovering things that happened the first pages, while having already been in the game for 10 pages and outing my opinions and suspicions, should I?

I think who's start was pretty weak (with the desp thingy) but from there the logic on the hermy scumread was pretty sound. I like his , even though he is setting himself up for an easy me vote tomorrow, he sounds genuine and as a slightly paranoid town.

Could see it as either, would bias towards buddying based on the fact that I have enough other scumreads that numerically it works out that way.
