Sorry for double post, but if I die this night, I'm not going to be surprised, because TC is very scummish, and since I suspect him most, and ticked him off the most, he's probably gonna want me dead. So don't be shocked if I die.

In case you've never read the opening post, phok replaced into bitmap's slot. Being a replacement doesn't forgive everything the old player did, especially considering how little of substance we've actually heard from phok himself.

Also, as promised, and because I needed to kill a bunch of time in the computer lab at school today, here's some brand spankin' new analysis of phok's own posts.

Also, very importantly: I WILL NOT be here tomorrow at the deadline to hammer if need be. While I do not agree with the Teedy lynch, I'm giving intent to hammer because pretty much all the time, except for certain situations such as mylo, a lynch is better than a no lynch.

I don't like this post. Why give intent to hammer if he isn't going to be around to hammer? It seems too much to me like an attempt to seem like he's working for the good of the town without actually having to shoulder the responsibility of acting like town. If he wasn't going to be around for deadline, declaring intent to hammer serves zero purpose.

The No Kill sort of leads me to believe that she and her partner were just too inactive to submit a kill.

Considering the discussion that was happening right before he posted this, this seems like a really, really artificial attempt at distancing. If I can speculate a bit, not realizing what was going on with Maurice could also be shown as an indicator as to why scum!phok would target Maurice with the NK. I know that kind of logic is pushing it a bit, but it does line up in my head if nowhere else.

I really need to rethink this game. Top suspect now would probably be TC, and I'm liking GamerRaptor.

Says I'm his main suspect, but never gives a reason for thinking that. Seems very much like an opportunistic vote, attempting to drive the mislynch of someone who there is already suspicion on, rather than trying to actually find scum.

Yeah, come on guys, the bandwagon is wide open.

Over-casual distancing, makes no effort to defend himself despite being at L-1, still hasn't provided a solid case on on anyone, votes for me without providing any reason. Once again, seems like a vote of opportunity, trying to push my mislynch simply because doing so would save his life. If he really thought I was scum, I would suspect some sort of actual reason, especially considering - even ignoring who the two people are - with two people at L-1, you would think it would be the most important time to provide a solid case and make sure the right person got lynched. Instead, he provides nothing.


In conclusion, in addition to my previous comments on him and Bitmap, here's a summary of my opinion on phok:

-Meaningless intent to hammer, sounds too much like he's trying to pretend to contribute without actually contributing
-Not understanding the lack of NK: either he actually didn't catch Maurice's claim, and could've taken a swing at him not knowing, or a very artificial-sounding (and meaningless) attempt at distancing himself from the scum team. My instinct is to lean towards the latter, as I find it hard to believe he missed the talk about Maurice in both Day 2 AND Day 3.
-Bumps me from "liking my posts" to "top suspect" for no discernible reason, votes me later for no discernable reason. Reeks of an opportunity vote in an attempt to save himself in a situation where a solid, or at the very least reasonable case is the most important.
-Seems scummy to me

IC comment: Always give intent to hammer and give the person a chance to respond, to claim, give reads etc., only exception is if there is no time before deadline. And I believe we did have time before deadline.

That being said, Dessew made some very good points on the Bitmap/phok slot. Dessew stays as my top town read.

It would fit with my VCA as well, as one off the wagon. I am beginning to have some doubts about my read on TC though with the replacement of GR for Jason. That hammer sucked. Especially with me being sick and not able to post much. I was going to give intent to hammer and give phok a chance to respond.

First off, good job getting scum.

Y'know, I actually came in here to make a post about why I thought Maurice was town, but the more I think about it, the more I get the feeling he actually is scum. Twilight makes a good point about his posts being fluff, and going back and ISO'ing him, all his posts are either fluff or restating old ideas. VOTE: Maurice

Looking back, I think phok may have been looking for an excuse to get his vote off of Rach here. He used that "soandso makes a good point" line on me, and I think I'm actually using it as evidence to suggest that Twilight is town.
