After seeing what has happened in the past, there was talk about getting a UN together, but making a location for it seemed to be the problem. The nation of Keravika would offer it, but I feel it would feel a bit awkward to some (or many), especially since we still do have troops in this country. (And a lot of them, at that)

...though, there could always be other problems outside of that, and I do not wish to make anything feel biased.

The Luxian Consulate issues a removal of its embargo, but hereby levies a 5% reparation tax on Elybria as its term of surrender - His Holiness encourages the other primary members of the Elybrian counter-attack (Topos and Mhork) to adopt this truce. 15% is a sound but fair reparation for the deaths of so many. The Luxian Army wishes to maintain a modest standing occupation force of 2500 troops in Elybria to uphold this reparation tax and assist in the poli-military transition period.
