I'm with mhork on this. any agent or spy should either be imprisoned if found guilty of activities which harmed people or else should be sent back to their own county. torturing someone for answers is not right.

any unannounced aircraft whether allied or not and any non allied aircraft will be given a warning to land their craft at a location which is safe for me (in case they're carrying something bad). If they land, the pilot will be jailed and will be sent back to their country if they haven't attacked my country. if they don't the aircraft will be shot down.

the only way your religion can enter my country is if I allowed one of your monks or something enter and spread your teachings which I didn't do. Especially a foreign government sponsored one.

There is no nobility in Amyr (except the monarch). Instead representatives are elected by the people as a form of simple government.
Amyr is the empire where there is no prejudice against any minority and it was achieved through education.
The citizens of Amyr are open-minded to all life style choices as long as no one is harmed. In fact the only punishable offence in Amyr is when you intentionally cause harm to another. Amyr will go to war with any country where people are getting oppressed.
Not entirely sure what you're saying RedPanda since this is from your nation description, but rest assured that the rankings are mainly a joke anyway - note that there aren't any actual numbers given.
I'm against prejudice but I'm uneasy about how it spread and how it affects the loyalty of those affected by it. I just don't suddenly want brainwashed people obeying orders of a religious leader against their own country. Hopefully the fact that education is a major part against prejudice won't let that happen.

most people are stupid and mindless sheep and disobeying direct military orders would be like treason in our world. The fact is you declared war on Elybria first and missile operators are going to listen to their own people no matter how absurd the orders are, rather than trust a foreign government. You went in there to get rid of orcinus. That mission is done. Now you can't stay and force them to hand over their money using a gun.
That said, I'm not saying its unfair for you to ask for reparations. I'm saying if you use force we have a problem.

you can stop trading with them. refuse to offer any assistance until they provide compensation etc.. Hell you can even use this to launch an invasion and conquer Elybria in the future when its favourable to you and people don't have the power to stop you without your people getting angry with you. cause I think it would be pretty douchey to accept their money and use this event to invade them later. or you can think of something yourself. or you can just tell me to fuck off and mind my own business

I actually thought orcinus being mad was a gimmick which backfired. I'm not going to say it was a bad move because he didn't have a lot of choice and even trying to play the mad angle was pretty smart.
