Look now guys, zMuffin is picking at the very small details. He brought up the fact someone was not cornered scum about 3 times and it was a very minor unimportant thing.
Town tries to focus on the important stuff to make their case believable. Scum needs things to hold onto in order to blend in.

I still can't really tell if it's more
"Other people have attacked me for <x> when I was town" => "You should know that I do <x> as town and since you don't, you're scum"

or

"Other people have attacked me for <x> when I was town and they were scum" => "you are also scum for doing it"

Neither of which really work logically and whether or not I am even doing them is entirely coincidental and uninteresting.

And this is all while avoiding whether <x> is actually scummy or not and uuuuuuuuuuuuugh I don't want to rehash this garbage

I'm townreading muffin because of the spite I felt when he told me how to read him. That, and his AtE regarding 1543 (BTW IF YOU WANT A DECENT NS SCUMGAME LOOK THERE I WAS DECENT FOR A WHILE BUT BERT WOULDNT TOWNREAD ME :<). I'm not reading the interaction as a TvT, more as "I have a townread on you and a townread on him so it must be TvT"

I also feel like you have no reason to chase after muffin as scum because Muffin's really hard to ML, way easier to just kill N1 if you were scum. I also feel like you backing off, namely 1015 is a town-motivated thing to do. You could have inflicted so much apathy into this game by continuing and yet you didn't. so.

And let's be honest, everyone over-inflates what they think they have accomplished.

I got cocky because I didn't have scum in my townblocs- however I only get to lynching them after MLing a few townies to PoE it down.

I feel like the misunderstanding regarding mollie's thing kinda comes to that

first off, why do you think this after what happened in xenosaga and your read on me? given what happened in there, this seems like a really unnatural thought to have bc I was town and had a read on you out the gate (even if it was wrong)

second off, if you apparently think I'm scum why aren't you pushing me? last time you had a scumread on me you didn't hesitate to tell everyone. (fwiw I can think of an answer but I don't wanna reveal it till you answer)

what i don't really get is how you think my play so far is my scum game, and i would expect town-you to be using what you know of my scum and town games to be making a judgment here.

because your read progression on me doesn't make a lot of sense and i know you know better than this. and yes, i'm using burden of proficiency because you really should know better and i don't see where this is coming from if you're town. like, "posturing" is such a shitty excuse for voting me that i really don't know how you can think it makes sense. it's such a bad reason to think i'm scum that i honestly don't know how you can really think that as town - especially since you know this is an attribute of my town game

why are you pushing this kind of angle given what happened in xenosaga? bc you pushed me really really hard for supposedly BS'ing a scumread on you in that game and I was town there. what makes bork's read on you based on "posturing" etc. different from that?

also, I was pushing angles like this on practically everyone who was scumreading me (including you iirc) and it was wrong every single time. it feels weird you'd push an angle about him playing up paranoia about you after I pushed p much the exact same angle on you in that game and it was wrong. can I get a clarification on this plz?

Muffin does self-meta there. Quite a bit actually, mostly in his interactions with nacho.
But he does it to prove he's town, not to prove his attacker is scum because as town he fucking knows people will just be wrong about him sometimes.

He's also much more quick to resort to ad-hom when he's being pressured as town (so am I, actually, but I'm trying to tone that down overall because it makes games patently unfun). He hasn't done it to me really at all this game. Small sample size, but it's there.

There really are some key differences, and post #3536 in that game might be the best example of it - he always at least considers the possibility that Nacho is just fucking wrong or being an idiot or whatever he wants to call him at the time, and this is after miles of arguing with nacho about shit.

Whereas in this game he decides that I'm scum for even thinking to suspect him because I should fucking know better? No.
