Not that hard to understand.
Green = townread; red = scumread; yellow = null-read.
Red+Green = ambivalent, feeling scum at times and town at other times.
Red+Yellow+Green = the same, just with longer usernames. It's null that's not null.
(I believe there's a distinction between red first and green first, but I can't tell. My guess is that green first is more town than scum and that red first is more scum than town, but it's hard to tell.)
Red+Yellow = nullscum.
Green+Yellow = nulltown.

Pain in the ass to read, yes, but easy enough to understand.
