We lynch from the remaining three with a 30-60% chance of hitting scum. 5 players, worst case 3-2.
Scum kill from the remaining two. 4 players, worst case 2-2 and we lose.
That's your thinking, yeah? Now account for my perspective: I'm not scum, and obviously so. Scum dayvig is really fucking dumb and I've been supertown all game. All of those percentages go up. Now account for the massclaim. All of those percentages go up again. If town confirms me or if there's another successful protect, we get to check the entire lynch pool. Which would make the percentages not matter at all. None of the variables look good for scum.
the conftown are unkillable. I'm bulletproof and snork is going to hide. Kop is the key to the reason why snork is confirmed. He's a neighbourizer and I was his target, making snork a neighbour as well. If snork wasn't a hider, he wouldn't have been neighbourized.
The three of us have been discussing whether we should claim or not and we decided that we are going to claim. So, we have 2 unkillable conftowns (myself and snork), 1 very likely town (kop) and some other probtowns (zzzx, sthar). That leaves Aronis-Tier-Hannah as probscum.
I don't think you should have claimed, because you had to get targeted at some point. but making scum kill out of the lynch pool solves the game just as well
