None of my posts afterwards have been on daytalk, I can't exactly retroactively change discussion. And the times I was able to be active it was largely Helum and Juls tiff and I had no interest in wading in to a screaming match.

It starts here. The Juls vs Anti argument reminded me of it and made me reconsider my read on Helium/Anti.

also I don't see how that has anything to do with my point. the point was you had a TOWNREAD on Juls and then out of nowhere you retracted it and chose to take Juls' side in Juls vs. mollie. given you had a townread on her before, it read as you trying to take full advantage of that massive shitstorm by trying to jump on either of their wagons. (and on top of that this also discounts whatever interaction you brought up, unless I'm missing smth)

The townread was largely a gut read and I didn't like her hydra dissonance thing, the readflip on them came after a significant argument between them.

Why not just give your own opinions on how scummy it was? This seemed more like an opportunistic testing of the waters for something to latch onto than anything else. VERY tempted to vote on this, and the lack of activity on the slot.

The scale was 10 to 10 meaning it was a 10. That translates to they thought your post was super scummy. It is pretty straight forward. The next post they even say it is a 10. You must have missed that or something. Now get off the topic since YOU are the one who wanted the scale to be 1-10 not Marquis.

You realize they claimed neighborizer right? Even if they are scum we can wait for them to make a neighborhood and add to the discussion of the game. There is no way they would waste it on their scum buddies so there would be a place for town people to discuss not only at night but for the time being during the day as well. My role PM doesn't specify when I can talk but I asked Zach and he said I can talk until he tells me otherwise.

The reason I claimed is because I knew the way I changed my mind looked bad from the outside. So I figured I would be lynched if I didn't explain my reasoning and I couldn't explain my reasoning without claiming. I guess I just didn't put as much faith in neighbors as I do masons. When I was suggesting giving up day talk I wasn't thinking about there being masons.

Can you explain why it is a scum thought process as opposed to a town thought process, please?

MTGS has a tell that basically goes "the more self aware a person acts, the more likely they are scum". I personally don't believe this because I act pretty self aware in all of my games, regardless of alignment but I think that is what Shos was going after in this post. I actually think it would be better if we lynched today as opposed to a day or two from now, that way the day phase wouldn't fall on a weekend and we lose a portion of our playerlist. We maybe could get away with it tomorrow but two days from now is a little too long to wait.
