I guess since this is my first modding game, I should State that I have been on site for greater than three months, and an updated game history is available on my wiki, and easily has over 1 completed game. I have read the wiki articles on how to mod in the past, and will do so again now.
You're able to force no kills and conf town people thanks to the "mafia can't kill and fruit in the same night" mechanic.

Can't you just say "Hey everyone, fruit the guy underneath you in the OP, and whoever didn't get fruit, the guy above them is Scum!", and if everyone claims they got fruit, then whoever is above the deadguy is scum. And since you're two-shot, you do it twice and win.
Scum are able to fruit aswell, so they'll be forced to follow through with the plan meaning they can't kill for two nights.

Scum gives fruit twice as well and no-kills. Now it's a vanilla game, and we all know how towns do in those...
If you're clever about it you can prevent more than 2 NKs and carry multiple conf towns to MYLO/LYLO.
