Aye, the appointed time is tomorrow, but while we're here, why don't we get to know each other? How did each of you come to meet the wonderful, charming and endearingly handsome in a nerdy sort of way Xalxe?

As you all should know, of course, I came into my money at a young age through completely legal means which are not being investigated at all. I took this large sum of cash and invested wisely, eventually coming to hold a controlling interest in the Mish Mash Network (Survivor: Conclave airing this fall!). In my spare time, of course, I have taken up knitting.

It is now time for our first Free for All game. Players, please prepare yourselves.

Our first game is a simple game of War. You will each be given ten playing cards: three each with values 1, 2 and 3, and one card with value 4. Using these cards, you will play rounds of War with your fellow players. Each of you will play one card face down, then reveal. Whoever has the highest number wins and scores a point, then both cards are discarded. The player with the most points at the end of the game will become the winner and earn a Sapphire, while the player with the least points will enter the Death Match.

You should then PM me the cards you intend to play against that player, in order. To accept a challenge, quote the challenge and indicate your acceptance, then PM me the cards you will play, in order. Once I have both plays, I will reveal the points scored by each player, but not what cards were played. You may play against as many or as few players as you wish in an attempt to score the most points.

Some other notes:
- If you have cards remaining at the end of the session, your score will be dropped to 0 points.
- You may give away cards by PMing me your intention and CCing the player you are giving them to.
- Private communication is permitted at all times during this game.
- If you missed the rules addition, Sapphires may be given to other players at any time by PMing me. The Bank in the third post will be updated after each game.

You will have 24 hours from this post to ask additional questions and form strategies. After 24 hours have passed, even if I’m not here at that time, you may begin challenging each other. You will have 72 hours from that point to complete your matches.

I would hope so, otherwise it could turn into a dumb game of hot potato. Making someone end up with cards they can't get rid of before deadline and then they end up with a 0.

You can reject but otherwise it'll be automagic. I won't let you lump cards right before deadline, don't be a dick.
