Since as young as she could remember, Alice would always have these weird dreams in a world with talking animals, and giant mushrooms. It was a scary world; dark and menacing, where nothing seemed to be friendly at all. Although plagued by these dreams every night, it was also here that one day, Alice happened to stumble upon what would become her dearest friends.

Squack and Quack were cute furry little things, always blabbering and jabbering about with one another, and their jokes soon drove all fear for this world out of little Alice’s heart. It was also from this moment forth that Alice discovered how to control her imagination, bringing light to this gloomy place. She began looking forward to slumbering off each night, eager for the adventures that awaited. Squack and Quack would take Alice on their back, exploring what soon became a most wondrous world. They would frolic in the streams together, play hide and seek in the giant flower fields, or lie on the grassy plains, watching as the clouds drifted by. Her imagination soon became her reality, where waking up always left her with a sense of loss.

One day, however, Alice found her world not quite right. The sky glowed red, as a deafening silence hung over her. Worried, Alice began frantically scrambling about, calling out for her beloved

SCUMBIRDS.

It was not until a loud “Squawk” tore through the air that Alice set gaze upon a most horrifying site. With one head limp and trailing upon the ground, Squawk had been bloodied and broken beyond recognition. What remained was Quack, eyes burning a deep crimson, a ghastly remnant of the innocent

. The blight that followed in its wake had reduced all that was tranquil splendor to a decaying rot. Aghast at how such corruption could have befallen her world, Alice in her sorrow banished what was once her

Sigh.

I'll never yell at a mod about his setup while I'm still alive in his game.

I don't want anyone else to go through what I'm going through.

This setup is probably the best setup I've wrote to this date, balance and expected player satisfaction-wise. I wouldn't have invited Vi to play unless I was absolutely confident in this game. I spent a ton of time in setup design and balance, not to mention the time I spent on experimenting with formatting and fonts to make sure every little detail about the game was

perfect

. I know that the living players simply misunderstood a post, and because of this misunderstanding, the players think that I maliciously designed the setup and included things like Framer + Insane Cop.

I'm sure they will apologize once the game is over and the full setup is revealed, but all this slander against my setup really hurts. I wish I could just tell them what's going on, but I know I cannot.

This wasn't how this game was supposed to go. I hate to say it, but post game can't come soon enough.

Until then, I won't fail in my duties as a mod.

While I certainly could point out endless things town did wrong, I don't think people who played badly will not take kindly when someone points out their mistakes.

But I like the role! Enough to run it once in awhile, anyways. (I was a Beloved Princess in the 2nd Large Theme game I've played here, and I had a very good time)

It's balanced against meticulously in this setup though, with biggest counterbalance being that there are only 3 scum members.
