In order for us to not lose the game on one person's say so, I am doing what I can to ensure all gambiters are lynched. If reinoe wagon had taken off today I would be on it, and if tree flips today I'll be pushing reinoe unless I have a clear scumread on someone.

The point is, even if tree/reinoe are town, they are negative utility town that actually benefits us to have removed.
I don't really trust jiffy, but our current goals are in alignment. Don't you have to work with people you don't necessarily trust at work IRL?
I'm considering adding "Titus pulling another gambit" to my mafia cardcast deck. I still maintain that she used The Light to have an excuse to view the game without getting suspicion based on her meta or being required to interact/defend.

He's (or was) voting tree, someone who he is expecting to flip town (and yelling at NS for doing the same thing), and even if that person flips scum, he will accept his lynch the next day.

So if Aeronaut is town, this plan GUARANTEES the death of at least one townie from his PoV. What the fuck is that? What townie would vote for someone and accept his own lynch if that person flips scum?

You left something out.

It means that you guys are annoying me. Hammer HS and if he flips town, I will offer myself up to the town tomorrow, my life for his, i.e. our lives are one-to-one or one-for-one.

That's completely different. Aegor has little scum motivation to do this because if he was scum, he would either lynch his partner or himself. If HS flipped scum, he would be in the clear. If HS flipped town, he would be screwed. But if he was scum he would know HS' alignment.

You, on the other hand, have a lot of scum motivation for lynching tree. You are only screwed if he flips scum. If you are scum and tree is town, this is a perfect opportunity for you to get a free mislynch without being responsible for it. If you said "I'll lynch myself if tree is town", then it would mean something. The other way makes no sense from a town perspective because it's a lose-lose either way.
