Teemo's global taunt does not actually exist, except in bronze. Once you get to a level where they don't mindlessly chase you all the time, it's a lot harder to play teemo well.

Maybe I missed something in a patch or maybe this is a FotM reference, but having mained her as my (only?) primary ADC since I decided to pick up an ADC, I was pretty consistently the only one I ever saw in games that picked her and all of a sudden (with the past month and a half?) that hasn't been the case. I'm not sure I've noticed any change AT ALL, let alone one that explains that beyond FotM.

The recent itemization changes were kind to Tristana, as was the buff to the range of her ult. I picked her up slightly before that buff and was happy with where she was, but that buff pushed her over the top and into FotM status.

I used to find her midgame really weak. 15-30 minutes was a struggle. Maybe it's just me. Now Shiv into IE is an excellent build, or IE rush if you get a crazy lead.

Why do people build Shiv / not rush IE on her usually tho?

I've found great success with building right into IE: I get another Doran's and a Pickaxe if I don't have enough for BF on first back and then I sell the Pickaxe for BF later on. It's a mini power spike pre-IE and it works for me if I don't have enough to just get one of the other parts of IE in addition to the Pickaxe. I never build Shiv over PD though, nevereverevereverever. The PD passive is good on such an immobile ADC, and Jinx has just about the best wave clear of any ADC I've ever played (probably of the ones I haven't played too). AoE crits are insane, bro; you don't need flashy lightning bolts when you can have the passive + more Crit chance (OOOH YES) and AS (OOOH DOUBLE YES MOMMY).

I build shiv to survive early game. I'm usually lanning against cait or lucian and shiv gives me a huge advantage in CSing, Pushing (which trist is already godly at), and fighting. I find it a lot more efficient especially considering my first back I very rarely have enough for a BF and it's vastly more efficient to pick up an Avarice over a pickaxe and build it into a shiv. It leaves me a little weaker between minutes 6 and 12, but once I get that shiv, I become game relevant immediately.

Shiv into IE is standard for Tristana players and ONLY Tristana players - it capitalizes on her weak midgame and passive waveclear to make her a bitch in lane.

750g seems like a hefty thing to give up to sell a shiv into IE when you could just get a BF Sword or at least a pick ax. Am I wrong? Or is there some way to turn a shiv into an IE directly?

If you're already winning lane, you can just rush IE, though. The idea is that it helps get you to her 2 item power-spike as quickly as possible.

I like to cater to my team more as jungle/support because in solo queue your teammates are dead set on destroying your teamcomp

But you really only need two champions per role

just got demoted to bronze 2, and within an hour i am back at bronze 1 XD

I've been hitting and losing promos to reach plat 2 a bit these days. Get super amazing teams for the one / two wins back, luck runs out, rinse repeat.

I gave up on tryharding and have just been playing outside my normal comfort champs a bit. Had a surprisingly good nami performance (with ez) into a vel'koz / cait lane after being 4 man camped hard for the early game. Turned that shit around and pulled clutch wins in the 2v2 situations that came later.

i just got owned in lane phase by a lux, jinx lane where jinx was playing support and lux was AP? we won the game because they only had AP (nidalee, ahri, lux) and i did fine out of lane, but i had to stop panicking because lux's laser has owned me forever.

Considering that it should bump her already ridiculous waveclear up massively, you'd hope so.
