Replace "I " with "."
Replace "am " with "-"
Replace "Groot" with "/"
Note the spaces in the first two.

Except he left out the part about needing to remove spaces between "."s and "-"s. As a dumb person unfamiliar with Morse, it took me a while to figure out and fix this.
