Just had an amazing game on Lucian, ended 14/2/x - one death in teamfight relatively early on, one right up against Nexus to Ace and allow team to bring it down. Klaz did very well on Amumu, my Braum support was fantastic and completely zoned out a helpless MF and a frustrated Thresh, our LeBlanc wasn't good but she didn't feed the Azir in midlane, and our poor Rumble had to deal with a Darius but he didn't feed either and had second-highest KDA by the end.

Very fun game to end the night on. Klaz and I bought eachother skins for the effort and because Riot's marketing works.

For those interested in critiquing:

I started 21/9/0 and ran flat AD reds, Armor yellows, and MR blues, 1 AS and 2 LS Quints.

Doran's / Pot / Yellow -> Pick / Brut / Potx4 / Greenx1 -> BFS / Boots / Potx4 -> IE / GB / Vamp / Potx3 -> Cutlass / Ionian's / Potx2 -> BotRK -> Pick -> LW / Negatron / Homeguard -> GA

Had a mishap I hotkeying and ended up ranking W to 3 early before Q was lvl. 2 - complete accident, I did mean to lvl Q first.

After that W->E, etc.

I've been running scaling health yellows across the board, I heard that was supposed to be better after the armor yellow nerfs, am I doing it wrong?

Nothing beats Garen.

I even won against a Lissandra in lane which was incredibly hard to do. Her kit mixed with her item build just made her so hard to kill and even harder to survive again but after baiting out her snare, I could usually put on some hard pressure. Garen is just crazy strong and really doesn't give two shits about anyone on the enemy team.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong.

It's just that people like me set up their runes with armor yellows and the cost is kind of prohibitive to get the new runes when the current ones work just fine and there are other desirable things (more champoons)

Its a matter of choice IMO. Flat armor seals are still good, but if you can get armor from your quints, get them from your quints.

you have to have silver V mmr i think before you can drop to silver.

I have a serious problem - my teambuilder mmr is way too high and I'm playing against diamonds and plats. WTF. For record, I am silver 3.
