It's just that people who aren't 3rd party are not likely to think about 3rd party. So you bringing it up out of nowhere could mean you thought about it because you are 3rd party.

But then I don't see you asking a flavor question about 3rd party like that as 3rd party.

Also, as a mod, I've seen a cop ask D1 what result a 3rd party would return and it caused people to read his slot as the 3rd party.
