Varsoon said that he thought scum already had the info he gave out. That was part of his reasoning for outing his neighbourhood, according to him.

The post I quoted from him came after he outed his neighbourhood.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."

VOTE: Orc

What do you make of Mara apparently thinking she only needs three votes to lynch orc, and apparently thinking she can drive the town admist all the other things that are going on right now? I just don't know about that. I'm having trouble believing she honestly thinks this is happening.

Didn't you think orc was town pretty recently, or am I forgetting how that spat ended?

Oh, Boo.
In 866 I meant that I thought scum knew all the players in my neighborhood.
Not necessarily their role names.
You're taking 685 out of context.
The context for 685 is that if I did know all their role names as scum, then it'd be anti-scum to share it in the game rather than just in a scum-thread.
So either scum actually do know all of the role names, or they do not, but either way, it's not scummy for me to claim role-names in the game thread, because if I was scum, I would have that info and thus not need to post it in the game thread.
I think that we're just not connecting here.

I'm saying that I think I deserve to be lynched because of the stupid mistake I made.
I'm also saying that town should actually try to hunt scum, too.

How are star points distributed on a mod-kill or a daykill?

Yes, I realize they're pretty much the same thing.
Also, Orc, why are you still clinging to this?
All it does is highlight how stupid a mistake I made.
So your entire case seems to hinge, now, that I either made one of two stupid mistakes
(slipclaimed in an assumed masonry of 7)
(claimed in what I thought was a scum Qt but was actually a neighborhood)

-Why are you clinging to this "masonry/all town neighborhood" thing like it isn't the same exact thing, and pretending that is a point.
-Why are you pretending that is the entirety of the case against you, when it is CLEARLY not.
-Se,, the problem here isn't that you "thought you were posting in a masonry". The issue is that that DIDN'T happen, because you were posting in a scum QT

Your counterargument relies on the perspective that you thought this game had a six player masonry.

It doesn't.

I'm assuming that Orc is a counterwagon, I assume she's trying to collect town reads on it...I don't know how fruitful she thinks it is. I personally am not really assuming it's going to be fruitful.

The varsoon thing has muddled the waters and makes it really hard to figure out what's actually going on. I was energized when I started but now I feel drained.

which suggests he thought a 7 person group was all town ie masonry

which by itself just doesn't make sense!

Why is the bolded part true?

Do you feel it was an anti-town move to post all the names/flavour names in the main thread?

You're right! It's just painfully and obviously antitown!

-It is a point. It's about degrees of explicit-ness, misrepresentation, and more.
-Its the entirety of what Orc seems to be pushing on me, so I am going to address it.
-I do not have access to a scum QT. Stop lying about this.
Finally, yes, I thought that we were a 7 player group of all town. Masonry. What-the-fuck-ever. It was a mistake. I admitted that. If you can't fathom someone making that mistake, then lynch me, but you're dumb for not hunting scum or you're just being really annoying scum.

I really hate that people are trying to say me outing my neighborhood is anti-town.
Why?
It assumes I am town and promotes a policy lynch on me.
It disregards that scum likely already have this info.
It puts way too much weight on role-names, which literally have no relevancy unless you guys have roles that interact with SPECIFIC characters.

I feel like it was a town move to share my neighborhood. Scum already know who is in it.
