I hope it's Shurima and not Void, but it could be some interesting combination thereof, a la Malzahar.

Skarner was a piece of the big shurima lore rework. He now "defends the entrance to a realm deep beneath the Shuriman wastes."

(Which conveniently allowed the Ascension mode to make any sort of flavor sense at all)

Trailblazer-Devourer has to be the most toxic thing I've come across. Reduced smite cooldown, aoe damage, aoe stun, mixed in with the stacking on-hit damage from Devourer. I see the winning junglers taking this combo in featured games and it's a damn shame because I really wanted to experiment with all the upgrades and enchantments, but why sabotage myself. Can't do shit when that attack speed jungler has 3 levels over everyone, triple the cs, all the goddamn dragons and buffs and 50% more gold than everyone from both teams. And you gotta wait over a minute and a half before your stolen camps respawn.

Yeah.

They either need to give all the smites conditionally decrease smite cooldown, or do something to rangers, because as it is you actually massively increase your smite downtime by taking the champion smites.

And poachers should maybe give you vision somehow? There's like no reason to take it atm.

So I've started playing Lucian a little. He's fun and all, but I was wondering: how many abilities are there that target an enemy and yet can be dodged by that enemy? Lucian's Q only works by targeting an enemy, but otherwise seems to act like a skill shot.
