Reinoe, MS is kind of alone in the whole scum role cop area. Role cop can be a town PR.

What's the town-based function of a role-cop?

On that note it's really unlikely that Goblin would bring up the idea of a mafia traitor who can't kill if he's scum. Still, Goblin is a PR who couldn't be bothered to use his action last night.

So Emp, what was the purpose of Cop+Universal Backup if the UBU was mafia? I figured it would at least make sense if there's a mafia traitor and the Backup could find the traitor, but like, if there's no traitor then the mafia gain nothing.
