I don't get the argument about not attacking someone while they're catching up. I get it's frustrating. Malakittens once attacked me while I was catching up while claiming that there was nothing for me to read that was worth me catching up on as if I was supposed to know that before I read it. At my homesite, people accuse people of coaching in thread regularly. Which is funny because we always have day talk. And not just the type of day talk where we're confined to a thread. We're allowed to text, talk on the phone, etc. with our partners there and people still make accusations about scum coaching. And the scum laugh at the accusations all the time because it almost never actually happens.
