I'm not sure Texcat's target should be publicly known ahead of time. If scum do have the JOAT, they could strongman on the night they get blocked to clear themselves, or No Kill on the night someone else gets blocked to make them look like scum.

There's no way for scum to fuck with the Vig target though, so I'm 100% for announcing the vig target ahead of time.
