I'd like bookitty, copper, ghato, brantz, krystal, ftl and maybe tiershift to vote for me. If anyone here has a heavy scumread on any of those players, state so (I had to skim the last few pages).

Tiershift trying to speak of me in a negative light during my absence bothers me considering i have been one of few players participating.

A simple read list with the vote on me would be great for easy reference d2.

I am not comfortable with FTL being on this wagon :|

Also, pedit @tier: if it works exactly the way I think it does, your vote may be counterproductive actually.

Oh man, hurt my feelers with this one....

No wait, it's you calling me town and then completely trying to make sure nobody reads my posts by discrediting me....something I've seen many-a-scum do. Continue.

414 completely rebuts 413. Are you really going to try to tell me otherwise?

.

This means, he can tell us how many scumplayers were on his lynch today, realistically this means we have a pretty good shot at narrowing down most of the scumteam in the 4 remaning slots by chosing only the players we think are town to go on the wagon.

This is what I think is going on here.

I had the same passive town-power in Advance Wars, a game that fferyllt also played and that kthxbye did not. This alone makes me kinda believe it. It would be an awfully big coincidence that kthxbye would claim that particular not-very-common power in this game if it weren't true.

I'll take Mod-Provided Fakeclaims for 800 please, Alex.

Personally, I think the best possible Lynx wagon is as follows:
Us
Boo
copper
Cata
Krystal
Ghato, I guess
Lynx selfvote because I have no more townreads

Maybe. I hadn't thought about that angle.

I like the list. I prefer Tiershift to vote rather than Lynx self-voting though.

We want the highest amount of universal townreads on the wagon as to narrow down the pool of scum as much as possible.

I think it's safe to say not all scum will be sensored; no way ffery would make a game that townsided.

If Lynx is a self-sensor, I think random is the way to go on determining who should vote him.

Yeah, sorry, Tiershift. I do remember.

Lynx, could you be persuaded to self-vote?

I would like an answer from Medea (CABD) as to why they expected to townread me. I don't feel okay about them at this point.

@TTH: Can you explain how your plan is more beneficial for town than the plan already in play, please? I haven't agreed with much of anything you've said so far. Also, what is your current read on copper?

I disagree, TTH. We should try our best to make the division as uneven as possible. We ideally aim for 0 scum in the lynch wagon, but 1 is pretty decent. That means 2 scum in the remaining...what...4 players?

@All
She has a point that players should not be allowed to decide if they vote or not (otherwise scum can separate for the best outcome), but random makes it very likely we get a 2-1 split, assuming a 3-man scumteam which is standard for the number of players, something we do not want to get.

I think letting Lynx chose his townreads is fine.

If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts...

My plan gives no room for scum interference. 2-1 split isn't that bad of a thing anyway since it gives guidance to the investigative roles.

Letting Lynx decide also leaves no room for scum interference. Let's let him decide.

Why are you avoiding the question on copper over and over? (If you avoid it this time, that's over and over and over, actually.)

That is all they would have said. Tier instead said. "We are voteless for X days, which is a variable number, and we have powers attached to that variable number." They gave us information that they didn't have to, without being prodded for it. This feels town to me.

This gets its own post for sheer unadulterated no. What if they're scum and X actually is variable. They aren't going to make up a number. You lose, go home.

Either you only read the first sentence, not even including the parenthesis or you still don't understand the point of this post. I actually said exactly the same thing you did within this post, and that wasn't even a little bit the point of it.

SUMMED UP POINT: Scum would have only said, "We don't vote and can't be voted for x-days." Instead Tier said "We don't vote and can't be voted for x-days, AND we have powers attached to x.

#456 is ideal. I don't want to vote myself, and don't want Tiershift on my wagon. The reason I opted to have D1 go on a bit was to see people's reactions to my claim and plan and see which players people would choose for the wagon to be judged. This shouls give us some insight for D2. I like 460. I do not like 462. Oh, I'm torn on the 7th vote.
