Today we are 7:2. I'm going to look at the worst case scenario assuming ETL and Kaboose are both realclaiming.

We lynch town today. Scum shoot town. We enter tomorrow 5:2 and ETL dies. We're 4:2 which is MYLO, but kaboose is basically an IC. We have to lynch, but it's better than 3:2 with no IC.

Alternatively, we lynch Kaboose. ETL dies and someone gets shot. We're in 4:2 with no chance at having hit scum. Optimal play is to no lynch. 3:2 Lylo with no IC.

So, we lynch scum today (totes konowa) and proceed to win the game. Also apparently konowa is a he. I'll do my best to remember that.

A couple things raise my hackles about ETL but it doesn't matter. They're town by claim. If they don't die tomorrow, they're confscum and we lynch them. If they do, we didn't have to lynch them. It's easy.

Konowa, on the other hand, may have just flaked on the game, given that he hasn't posted in almost six days.

@mods- you're the bestest ever and I love you. Is Konowa getting replaced or V/LA or what?

Whatever your choice, you should make whoever you're gladiating claim first, so that we don't lynch a stupid powerful PR.
