You've already claimed, Cheetory, albeit unintentionally. I can see a couple of scenarios here:
If you're scum, then the power is probably dependent on Psyche getting lynched. I personally don't want to lynch Psyche based on what I have right now. If the power was dependent on a nightkill, you'd already have the power to do it and that's weirdly unbalancing (insure someone, kill them at night, profit?). So it has to be dependent on either lynch or vig shot. So, I begin wondering why you would pick Psyche as a target that way.
If you're town, you're insuring someone who I think is town. Do you think Psyche is town? You wouldn't have access to other killing methods unless you were a vig, which again becomes weirdly unbalancing on the other side. If you think Psyche is scum and you're trying to get them lynched to collect, why don't I see any sign of that from you?
If you're some odd third party, then some parts make sense (not wanting to be outed, staying on the sidelines regarding Psyche).
It's a bastard game, so all bets are off. But whining about rolefishing when the role is already out there ALSO feels fake.
In other news, I think Ika lurks more as scum. I think we have under two hours before we can ask for a prod on Ika and The Bulge."Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."-

And no, I'm not trying to get him killed.
Hence why I haven't been pushing for him or voting for him.
If my role was to get him lynched, then it would be pretty stupid for him to get a PM letting him know.
This entire line of questioning is bugging me. Can you stop trying to get me to fullclaim please?-

Whatever. IGMEOY, Cheetory.
Which officially means I can't watch anyone else unless I stop watching Varsoon or grow another eye."Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."-

Okay with lurker lynches on bro and ika.
Add Shaft to that list for the pop in to defend Cheetory, which felt off kilter to me.
tbh don't care to sort out mastin today. I think there is enough interesting stuff going on with the dynamic between her and psyche's roles, and now with the life insurance policy in the mix as well.
I think Aeronaut is the best lynch atm.
Agree the preachiness when speaking about theam is overwrought.
And the comment "Brian can defend me all he wants" does quite fit with his comments of suspecting Brian. There should be some paranoia bout being defended if he truly is suspects Brian.
Vote: Aeronaut-

Have we not achieved a lynch yet? My servants, you disappoint me.
Heartless' 220 - I disagree with your case. I do not have a read on Aero, however. I simply believe you're wrong.
With this many people, I'm actively engaging less. I shall be... more like myself, so to speak, after the game size whittles down. However, I'm still going to play to my win condition and give reads and thoughts in the meantime.
[[ooc: there's a reason I joined this game under an alt, not on my main.]]
If you're referring to my... "lack of kingship", I will admit that I have become more... empathetic after the last game I played. Perhaps that was a mistake.
In post 297, Bookitty wrote:I'm going to go on record as saying I am not a fan of Post 218 by Gilgamesh. I don't like either vote (the first is an RVS vote when the rest of the post demonstrates that Gilgamesh knows we're not in RVS anymore, so it's clearly for show; the second doesn't sync up with the reads in the post to me. Voting the mod is not worse than having hinky feelings about Beast's post or Psyche's post imo).
Beast's post warranted a vote moreso than amateur, to be honest. However, mongrel, you do not have the right to tell your king which of his servants should be executed or go free.
Make that mistake again and we shall no longer be on neutral terms.

I'll condense it down for you, though:
If Mastin is scum, accept the loss; she's going to win regardless of what you do. So treat her like town.
If Mastin is town, then she is town. Treat her as town. If she wants to be listened to, listen to her and trust her instincts. If she doesn't tell you to listen to her, take her words with a grain of salt; they're reads but not solid ones.
BAM.
You now know how to treat Mastin.
Will work out for you nearly every single game.
Hah. I respect your bravado, mastin - despite initially not liking the post when I first read it, the fact that you're this confident has made me reconsider...
Very well, I shall let you be... for now. Given how the game has been going so far, you may prove to be a very useful asset.
I have to leave, for now, but I shall make another post in either a few hours or much later this evening. What nonsense... You are deluding yourself.Iam the one true king of the world. All others are mongrels; pretenders to the name.

Then you're an idiot or scum.In post 420, farside22 wrote:Yes I have.

Your answer to the latter is in the former. I kept my vote on whoever it was (don't remember, too lazy to check) I was voting for some time before switching to mollie. In post 421, farside22 wrote:She follows a few players and the last time I saw mastin have scum reads based on RVS reads she keeps it there for some time and will fight with people she scum and town reads.
[-snip-]
After multiple post of calling Mollie scum she finally votes her. If she believed mollie was really scum this vote should have happened sooner.
YouNo reason why.reallydidn't pay attention in Duck Tales. I suggest you reread the early sections of that game and tell me how much elaboration I give on my reads. Particularly Romi.
I NEVER follow others as scum.Following others as I said.
EVER.
We covered this in Duck Tales, too.
Weren't you paying attention during all my ranting and raving that I scumread Bulbazak FIRST?
Yep! Feel no need to move it until I do. Which is, mind you, exactly what you said you were expecting earlier.Plus she acknowledges the double vote but keeps her vote there?
Having trouble forming reads is a scum tell in my book.
As scum, I NEVER have trouble forming reads.
No, the ika wagon was always of interest to me. It's just that nobody asked me about it and I didn't care to say anything. When someone did ask, I answered.Sudden interest in the ika wagon?
Half-true. The RVS stuff means very little to me and I am goading her, but that's part of the sorting out process.it is like the whole point of the RVS stuff she started meant nothing and I get the impression she is goading Mollie rather then trying to sort her out or explain anything.
Your case can be summarized as, "She's pushing mollie. She has no scumreads. Therefore, scum."
When the case itself also undermines itself by pointing out "All that stuff she did in Duck Tales, she's doing here."
The only difference between Duck Tales and here (and I do mean the ONLY difference) is that here, I actually don't have reads that I'm instantly confident in. Something which does happen, and will change. Different game, different atmosphere. Duck Tales I got ahold of things instantly. Here with this playerlist (players make a difference; circumstances are EVERYTHING because it's a different environment, different feeling, just different game entirely), it's not as instantly happening. My academy.

Mastin: with ducktales romi barely said anything in that game. You also sorted players more and your town and scum reads made sense.
Here they don't.
Next I asked you why this reads Mollie scum.
Don't avoid my question.Sarcasm is just a way of saying how stupid you think someone is but in a more polite way.-

then what was your "100% townread on psyche" about and you certainly seemed pretty freaking confident that I was scum earlier. you also never gave a reason like I asked you were just all like "this is not mollie townposting" which is bs and you and I both know it.
cos this jumped out at me.whew!-
