Today we are 7:2. I'm going to look at the worst case scenario assuming ETL and Kaboose are both realclaiming.

We lynch town today. Scum shoot town. We enter tomorrow 5:2 and ETL dies. We're 4:2 which is MYLO, but kaboose is basically an IC. We have to lynch, but it's better than 3:2 with no IC.

Alternatively, we lynch Kaboose. ETL dies and someone gets shot. We're in 4:2 with no chance at having hit scum. Optimal play is to no lynch. 3:2 Lylo with no IC.

So, we lynch scum today (totes konowa) and proceed to win the game. Also apparently konowa is a he. I'll do my best to remember that.

@LyingCat: Oh, I thought that having Kaboose going into D3 means we lose game if we hit no scum whereas lyinching Kaboose would enable us to have a D3 LYLO rather than a D2 one. I guess I'm wrong on that.

I would say that the balance of the roles barely makes sense with two of you as town, and certainly not with all three.
Going on the presumption that you are town...eh, it looks weird. I'm not sure how it works, literally neither of their roles seems to balance well to my mind in that.
If you are scum it seems reasonable for both to be town as long as the mod presumed town wouldn't claim hated.
I honestly am not sure why you claimed your role nor used it though, frankly, Gladiator is an immensely pro-scum role almost regardless.

I can if he's supposedly town, because there's nothing anyone can do about it now. If I was in his position, I would not be trolling. I'd be doing my best to leave a legacy of scum hunting that could be helpful to my team even if I get lynched. Thor is an exceptional town player in terms of what he leaves behind. Even if his reads are wrong, his lines of questioning are very visible and help others pull the strings he wasn't around to finish. I don't see that here. But my biggest problem at the moment is that I don't see this new playstyle in any of his most recent completed games. I don't know what the fuck he's doing, and I don't know why he's doing it.

Like, is he just trolling? And if so, why? If he's town, what is the motivation for it? I don't understand. I can see the scum motivation for what he's doing pretty easily. I CAN'T see the town motivation for any of it. This is what I'm asking.

If town on the verge of lynch, why refuse to discuss out everything? Why be combative and impudent? Why throw a strange unThorlike tantrum at everyone?

The other thing I don't get is how he started out treating you like town, going so far as to say you were town gladiating town, and then all of a sudden decide that you are a "little dodgy mcdodge-scum"? I don't follow that trajectory at all.

His response to Flubber is even more discordant and serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. If his intention was to highlight what Flubber was doing, I'd have expected him to... well, point it out with plain language so it can be seen and understood by others. So why did he, instead, resort to name calling and lolly-throwing?
