Yes. Lynch bait doesn't mean don't vote them. It just means this person is often lynched early for looking scummy but not necessarily actually being scummy. You have to be able to tell the difference and see which reasons people are using to push the lynch. Kaboose has a tendency to gain a lot of scumreads early, or at least he used to. I still think he's very likely scum and I'm still satisfied with my vote there.
