I think due to the kills N1, there has to be a vig. He did quote where he thinks math should be vig killed. If no one cc's, then he's probably telling the truth. And also, this comment makes me think it isn't a good fakeclaim for scum.

I find it hard to believe that Town-TSO nightkills a claimed PR who spent the day defending a town ABR and delaying the lynch. There's no reason she would have been scum, and you would have clearly seen that were you town.
